Refund and Exchange Policy

At New Cat Smell, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products.

Refunds:

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Between 15-30 days or items that are gently used but in resalable condition, we offer store credit.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for different sizes or colors are available within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at meow@newcatsmell.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
